Where are you located?

Musicality is located in the Pan American Business Center on the west side of I25, south of Osuna, just off the frontage road at 6201 Pan American W. Fwy NE, Suite C. Albuquerque, NM 87110.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. For a $10.00 delivery fee, with scheduling in the morning from 8-10am or evening between 6-8pm, Musicality offers contactless delivery of your order within the Albuquerque city limits. Please call us at 505-889-9777 for more information.

What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 14 days of purchase. (All items must be in perfect resalable condition to avoid a 20% restocking fee.)

What's your rental policy?

Musicality rents student level band and orchestra instruments to all ages. For your rental we require your driver's license, or state issued ID, a utility bill, and a major credit card. Instruments over $1000.00 require that we have your social security number and require a soft credit check. All rentals are billed monthly to your credit card. We offer and recommend a liability damage waiver, which protects and maintains your instrument during the life of the rental or purchase contact. This fee ranges from $9.00 to $14.00/month, for student rentals, depending on the instrument you select. We apply all rent paid toward the purchase of the instrument of your instrument as long as you are current with your payment. You may exchange your instrument for a different instrument offered in the rental program and we'll apply your previous payments to the new instrument.

Do you offer on account billing?

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, Musicality offers layaway for any item over $50.00 that we sell.

Do you ship items?

Yes, Musicality can ship your order anywhere in the United States or Canada. We offer shipping for all of our products, and can arrange for drop shipment from the publisher, or distributor of items not in our stock. We offer tracking of your order from The U.S. Postal service, and from U.P.S. or FedEx. We offer budget trackable shipping via the Post Office from as little as $4.00 per order.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay and Android Pay in our store. We accept credit cards and PayPal as payments for our mail orders.

Do you special order items?

Yes, Musicality can special order accessories and print music items from any domestic distributor or publisher with a 1-2 week turnaround time.

Where do the images on your site come from?

Product images and videos on our site are provided by the manufacturer or are generated in house by our staff. Additional images are provided by Pexels and Unsplash.
